Your Doula

Hi, I'm Denisse

“I want you to enter birth feeling prepared and leave it knowing you were heard, respected, and never alone.”

I'm a GROW-certified, DONA-trained birth doula and mother of eight serving families throughout Palm Beach County and Florida's Treasure Coast. My own births have included hospital and home birth, induction, epidural and unmedicated labor, a Cesarean, and a VBAC.

Those experiences taught me how much it matters to feel prepared, respected, and genuinely supported. I combine evidence-based education, hands-on comfort measures, and a calm, steady presence to help you understand your options, communicate your preferences, and prepare your partner to support you confidently.
